A completion ceremony for the project was held on March 9th, 2016. The two water turbine generators were installed at two different water treatment plants in Tegucigalpa city. The renewable energy by utilizing water flow provides electric requirements to the water treatment plants. And the water turbine generators apply products of a Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises which has an excellent Japanese technology.
