Ceremony of THE PROJECT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF SUBSTATIONS
   AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK (PHASE 2)

Ceremony was held at the new Ndera substation on September 27,2018, before completion of THE PROJECT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF SUBSTATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK (PHASE 2).
Mr. Miyashita (Ambassador) from Embassy of Japan in Rwanda, Mr. Takada (director) from JICA Rwanda office, Ms. Germaine (Minister) from Ministry of Infrastructure, Mr. Weiss (CEO) from Rwanda Energy Group and other persons concerned participated in this ceremony.
