The contract of The Project for Strengthening Non-Revenue Water     Control in Kigali City Water Network

《Project Background》
Reduction of non-revenue water (41%) is serious challenge for Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda.
Water leakage, meter inaccuracy, and illegal water use are the main causes of this issue.
Through this project, water flowmeters, pressure transmitters, and a monitoring system will be installed in the existing water distribution system, and the non-revenue water rate will be improved.
