Completion for the Economic and Social Development Program
(Assistance for Disaster Prevention)

We hereby announce that the on-site installation work for the Grant Aid project extended to the Republic of Suriname, titled “Economic and Social Development Programme (Provision of Disaster Prevention Equipment),” which was awarded to our company in 2024, has been successfully completed, with the project reaching completion on May 11, 2026.

Under this project, our company undertook the renewal of facilities at Sommelsdijks drainage pumping station, including the removal of existing pumps, as well as the supply and installation of new pumps and control panels. In addition, we provided operation and maintenance training.

The newly installed pumps are expected to contribute significantly to the mitigation and minimization of flood damage in the Republic of Suriname.
