Work Summary :

1) Installation of 50kW solar power system at San Andres University
2) Installation of 315kW solar power system at Vir Vir International Airport

This program is to provide solar power generation system to Bolivia.  Takaoka has implemented installation work at San Andres University (UMSA), the leading university of Bolivia and Vir Vir International Airport which was built in 1983 by Japanese fund assistance. The implementation of this program is expected to reduce fossil fuel consumption, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and promote dissemination and awareness of renewable energy.
