<<Project Background>>In Rwanda, because of approximately 8% of its economic growth rates in recent years, the electricity demand has increased around 10% per year. Through this project, we will build new 8 distribution substations in Kigali city. We will contribute toward the stabilization of the electric supply and the improvement of the economy in Rwanda.
